you wont be able to tell a difference from a "performance" standpoint. But where you will notice a difference is the sidewalls on 18" tires arent going to absorb cracks and crevices in the road as well as the stockers. So the ride will be harsher. But take it from me, OKC might have the shittiest roads in the country for a major city, and I dont think it is that bad, if i wanted plush comfort I'd be driving a crap-illac. Another thing you should keep in mind is that the wider you go up front the heavier the steering feel is going to get. I doubt it will get to a point where you are going to be wrenching at the wheel. But thats just a fact of life with going wider up front. I do not notice it at all with 235's up front, and I doubt 245 would be noticeably heavier.
